Our Funding Vehicles

Investor Network Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV)

The Investor Network SPV at Launch NY gives more than 400 accredited investors direct digital access to our portfolio companies and other emerging Upstate and Capital Region businesses seeking funding. Membership is free for the first 500 investors, and you can invest alongside one of the most active seed funds in the country. The platform allows you to choose your own investments, with opportunities for you to invest as little as $10,000 per company– exclusively featuring deals from Launch NY portfolio companies.

Supported by organizations such as the U.S. Treasury, the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation, and banking institutions, this fund is fueled by grants and donations from individuals driven by philanthropy, designed to become an evergreen source of seed capital for regional startups.
