“At a time when the only predictable thing was unpredictability, I’m taking this opportunity to celebrate the adaptability and perseverance of our regional entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem partners who worked hand-in-hand with our Launch NY Entrepreneurs-in-Residence and entire team to keep driving forward on our mission of inclusive economic prosperity through high-growth entrepreneurship. I am confident that we’ll see this same resilience, collaborative spirit, and positive impact in 2021.” – Marnie LaVigne, President & CEO of Launch NY

Q3. How does your organization define sustainability? #LaunchHour
@GreenProjectUSA: A3. We define sustainability as responsibly interacting with the planet to maintain and reuse natural resources and think it is critical to both our and other businesses’ growth plans. Becoming more sustainable is not only important for the environment but now a good business decision to help win customers, retain employees, and attract new investors #LaunchHour
@nocotweets: A3. Sustainability is meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generation to meet theirs. It is framing business decisions around long-term impact rather than short-term gains. #LaunchHour
Q4. How did your organization start or move toward sustainability? Does it support your growth plans? #LaunchHour
@AliesaAdelman: A4. There is greater demand for resiliency & sustainability to be considered in project development & clients are looking for companies that bring thought leadership, innovation, & a true understanding of these principles to the table. #LaunchHour
@nocotweets: A4. In 2010, we made a substantial commitment to sustainability through our affiliation with River Road Research. RRR was founded to invent, develop, and market biotechnologies that support a sustainable economy with a focus on energy, food, and water. There is greater demand for resiliency & sustainability to be considered in project development & clients are looking for companies that bring thought leadership, innovation, & a true understanding of these principles to the table. #LaunchHour
