We’re excited to welcome Zachary Pohle to Launch NY as our new Outreach & Operations Coordinator! Zack is a recent graduate of the University at Buffalo, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Data Analytics.
Before joining Launch NY, Zack worked with TechBuffalo, supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, and event promotion. He’s passionate about creative, data-driven strategies that spark meaningful connections and drive impact — making him a perfect fit for our mission to empower startups across Upstate New York.

Q: What excites you most about working with startups and entrepreneurs?
A: I love the energy and creativity that comes with startups. Every founder has a unique story, and being able to help share those stories and connect them with the right people is inspiring.
Q: What drew you to Launch NY?
A: Launch NY’s mission really stood out to me — it’s not just about funding startups, but providing mentorship, resources, and community. That kind of holistic support can make all the difference for entrepreneurs.
Q: How do you approach marketing and outreach?
A: I like to blend creativity with data. It’s important to tell a compelling story, but also to measure what’s working so we can constantly improve and reach more people effectively.
Q: Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing?
A: I’m a big fan of live music, exploring new restaurants, and staying active — whether it’s hiking, running, or playing sports with friends.
