Buffalo-Based Edenesque Joins Whole Foods Accelerator Program

Edenesque Secures Spot in Whole Foods’ 2024 Accelerator

Buffalo-based Edenesque, a plant-based dairy company, was selected from over 1,600 applications for Whole Foods Market’s 2024 local and emerging accelerator program. The program offers $25,000 in equity investment, mentorship, and educational resources to help scale the company’s growth. Edenesque’s success has skyrocketed after transitioning to a co-manufacturer model, with revenue jumping from $5,000 in its first month back on shelves to over $50,000 in six months. Its current run rate exceeds $500,000 annually.

Expanding Reach and Ecommerce

In addition to their recent expansion with coffee shops and small retail outlets, Edenesque will begin selling in Whole Foods statewide throughout New York in November and is launching a new ecommerce platform in October, aiming to expand its footprint across the Northeast.
