Located in the heart of downtown, INSPYRE Innovation Hub by CenterState brings together entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders to dream, build and scale. INSPYRE is a designated a New York State Innovation Hot Spot. The Innovation Hot Spot program is a 5-year tax incentive program designed for formative stage companies in the tech and manufacturing industries. Tax incentive certifications are provided by a NY Certified Innovation Hot Spot whose goal is to provide services and resources that enable these businesses to successfully transition from startup phase to larger-scale commercialization of their products and services.
Following an expansion, INSPYRE is the largest entrepreneurship hub in New York state, offering more than 90,000 square feet of total space dedicated to helping founders grow their vision and bring a business to the next level. In addition to private offices and collaborative co-working spaces, it houses a renovated Hardware Center, a brand-new Makerspace, an uncrewed systems testing deck, and a media production facility. A multi-purpose theater, conferences rooms and more offer over 3,000 square feet of space for events. Several client tiers offer various programming, supports and opportunities to work with advisors.
