Avangrid is seeking 5-7 startups to join us in Boston on April 3, 2025 for a pitch competition to select and fund our next pilot project. Ideal applicants will be based in the US, seeking Seed, Series A or Series B funding, and aligned with the theme detailed below. Avangrid will select one winner to receive a $50,000 USD funded pilot project in one of our business areas. Applications are due 2/28/25, 5-10 startups will be invited to pitch.
Theme: optimizing the planning, development and operations of clean energy assets:

Onshore & offshore wind
Utility scale solar
Electric transmission & distribution systems
