BN360 Event:  Developing a Self-Care Routine

You may have read about  self-care and you may be on board with the benefits it can offer, even if at times it requires some extra effort on your part. Self-care means really listening to your body, taking moments to check in, tuning in to your thoughts, and changing your behaviors and belief systems when needed. This 60-minute training will go over the basics of self-care and a 3-step approach to creating a self-care routine; we will also discuss common barriers and brainstorm how to overcome them.
