As AI tools become more widely available, many startup founders are asking how to use them productively—without putting their ideas or data at risk. This LaunchNY-hosted webinar is designed to help early-stage companies use AI with confidence and clarity.

The session will highlight practical applications of AI for customer discovery, business planning, competitor and social media insights, and everyday communications like emails and meeting notes. Founders will also learn unique and straightforward prompt-writing techniques and how AI tools can assist in creating better prompts and workflows.

A strong focus will be placed on ethical use, safety best practices, and protecting intellectual property, giving attendees clear guidelines they can apply immediately within their own businesses.
